tl;dr: Safety wasn't a concern for Uber, and they knowlingly put a vehicle with a broken self-driving system on the road.
I hope this won't stay unpunished (both at corporate and personal level) if confirmed.
- sschueller 8y agoTravis although no longer at Uber should also be held responsible as he was the driving force behind the policies and culture of 'breaking the law' to get ahead.
- reacharavindh 8y agoI hope at least one human being in touch with him tells Travis that he is directly responsible for the death of a fellow human being. The person that died deserves at least that few seconds of remorse.
