We will certainly consider those points, and try to make things both more clear from a communication perspective and also consider adding some demo account (great idea!). To answer the question about the job description, you're right that most customers so far have a post on a jobs board which they use to get traffic over to their ApplyByAPI posting. Once the candidate is there, they get a page with the job description and some API information they can use to generate their application.
