In advertiser-speak, "relevant and interesting ads" are an "improvement to your browsing experience".
Actual end-users may have a slightly different interpretation on what constitutes an "improvement".

- PeterisP 8y agoIt certainly may be, and it's your choice to make (if you wish so) by opting in to targeted advertising. What's wrong (and, in a few days, illegal) is for the service provider to assume that everyone will prefer that.
