    Ok then, companies that hover around 900 employees. Business owners aren't stupid either, generally.

      Come on. If you’re not making enough money they would probably not even bother with a 1000. If you do however, and the main reason to have a business is to make money as I remember - then they will most certainly come for you anyway. You’re trying to lawyer your way out of an oppressive government. It doesn’t end well generally.

        Even in a democratic government, intent matters in a court of law. Judges often don’t look kindly on attempts to flout the spirit of the law.
