This is painful but I don't see this as an Apple problem.
- rootlocus 8y ago> The other day, Apple locked her out of her iCloud account and her iPad. We don’t know why. The Apple support people don’t know why. Sure seems like an Apple problem. I don't randomly get locked out of my Windows / Linux laptop or Android tablet without reason from the hardware / OS vendor.
