I switched to inoreader.com when Google Reader went away. Not the best but it works for me, a tad slow to load the first time. I tried Feedly but gave up when their nginx LB timed out after a minute because my OPML import was a big file. Plus, the interface does not feel like an RSS reader, as somebody else points out.
