The posts do look like an exact copy of Reddit down to font color and weight. Your design has plenty of odd spacings (or lack of them). I'd spend more time adjusting sizings, margins, and paddings. I don't know about your audience. This may or may not be a problem for them. Personally - yes, looks sketchy and less than an MVP. But again, if you're testing with people you control or can influence this might be ok.
