I'm using Zoho and have a good experience so far, they had some issues in the past but at least my experience with support is good.
When I looked into it, there weren't many appealing options. I wanted to use Yahoo but they had just spun out and wasn't too friendly.
I couldn't get a Microsoft platform for e-mail without them bundling Office365 and other stuff I didn't want, if not I'd have gone with them.

- GFischer 8y agoIn particular, I remember an outage a year ago that was very ill-timed for me (as we were hyping our project) and they were a little slow to respond, it was literally a perfect storm as their offices in Chennai were hit by a Cyclone: https://www.zoho.com/service-updates/blog/zoho-customer-support-is-slow.html https://www.zoho.com/service-updates/blog/zoho-customer-supp... they have also had more outages than GMail (but OTOH they have way better customer support, I was even reached by the CEO once!).
