I bought their software. The software stopped working properly and nagged me to buy a subscription - despite having purchased the full product previously. I lost my interest in being their customer. They did offer my a 1yr subscription for free, but by then I had wasted hours trying to get a new install to work and had lost my goodwill with the product.
