  In a nutshell it's a partnership model (like professional firms) rather than tenure oriented and teachers are also content creators who create all materials. I have a design concept in mind for a type of wiki that would allow a lot of flexibility in the manner in which core subjects are taught and more individualized instruction and of course video games. Also, daycare is an explicit part of the school but not provided by teachers. The business idea is essentially to get investors to fund the school in the same amount as a school voucher for 2 years and then make a push to have the community pass a voucher law to keep it in business.
