People are notoriously bad at playing five-whys. If you haven't reached an ideological or metaphysical problem by your third 'why' then you aren't playing well enough.
- williamdclt 8y agoOnce again that's a problem of work culture. the five-whys is super simple, it's up to people to be smart using it. If I had an ideological problem after a 5 whys, my team would kindly ask me what the fuck I am doing
