I read this same post on reddit a few weeks (maybe months?) ago. I'm looking for the post, but it's difficult to find old posts on reddit. From what I recall, that person didn't get their data back, and given the nearly word-for-word similarities between that post and yours, I would guess that this is an ongoing scam.
