I do not mind whiteboarding at all. I have three whiteboards at home for brainstorming. I draw the line at doing take home tests. I cannot interview a company if I am doing a take home assignment. With whiteboarding, I get to also assess my potential co-workers abilities by seeing if they are asking interesting questions.
