This is a good idea, although the focus on 'anti-whiteboard' is a bit limiting. It's a shame it's its own site instead of a feature on other sites. There's no interview process that works best for every candidate; some prefer whiteboards or homework or practical debugging on their on computer or hand-wavey design or whatever. Candidates (and companies!) could save a lot of time by letting applicants filter their searches to companies using methods that will let them put their best foot forward.
