I didn't have that many Canadian numbers to test, but it worked for one number on Telus, failed on one number from Bell, and returned a cached result for another Telus customer (they were in the States, and the API returned their port of departure in Canada). This shouldn't be construed to imply that Bell phones cannot be tracked - Bell is noted to be a partner of LocationSmart, so it could entirely have been a glitch or other temporary issue.
