I attend a private toastmasters club here at the office. I've been going for about 4 months now. Our veteran members can give nice speeches off the cuff with zero preparation. I've only given two speeches so far myself but it's already helping with my confidence. There is a strong leadership component to Toastmasters as well - that's where I'm really seeing benefits.
