I come from an entrepreneurial family: my mother, father, stepfather, and stepmother all run businesses of some kind, and their parents before them. The recurring thread I see is this: its not about money, its about competing and winning. Money is just a side effect that comes from that level of competitiveness. I have the same gift/curse. I expect to be rich, but I also don't really care about money. Its about the competition.
