Getting ref's takes time, it is silly to think it doesn't. You need to contact the people and ask them first, and lots of people are very busy with work. You are not there priority.
- jiveturkey 8y agoapparently the contact came from an outside recruiter. not from the candidate himself. when dealing with an agency like this, the agency normally has refs in hand, in advance.
