Someone apparently swapped the definitions of "random kindness" and "humiliating harassment" in Zappos' corporate HR policy. (On the other hand, if it'll help morale, I'm willing to suck it up and attend my company's upcoming pennant-race baseball outing. If asked nicely I might take one for the team and participate in multiple such events through the end of the postseason.)
