- tomxor 8y agoI understand the difference, but I should have framed it better: it is not 2nd order ignorance itself, but it is one expression of it in the extreme. I suppose the point is that we all have 2nd order ignorance (just pick a context until you find it), but we act inappropriately upon it to varying degrees depending on... what might as well be called wisdom i suppose, you could call it the anti-dunning-kruger effect I suppose.
