2. Don't offer me a pay cut to work at your silly startup.
- CryoLogic 8y agoHate that. Worst is "here is my salary range, does that work for you?" and than they say "lets have you interview first, and see if it's a good fit." - after interview "our max salary for engineers is 60% of your current pay and our benefits suck - but we have free soda and chips!"... thanks for wasting my time.
