- tylermw 8y agoThanks! I drew the frames in Inkscape and animated them together using the Scrollmagic JavaScript library.

- pulkitsh1234 8y agoI do not recommend it. It gets irritating if you want to inspect some version of the image, but then the image moves up and down, instead of being static. My suggestion, A simple GIF would work fine.
