You might get more correct answers if you ask on a non-English speaking forum.
I imagine there are plenty of developers in Russia and China who don’t speak English.
We often hire remote developers on Upwork and many can’t speak (orally) English.
- icebraining 8y agoNot being able to speak English is very different from not being able to read it, in my experience. I know multiple people in that situation, and I'm the same with French.
