- blackflame7000 8y agoIt could be, if you wanna let the person down in the least offensive way. There's no easy way to tell someone they didn't get the job.
- blackflame7000 8y agoNobody likes being a Jerk regardless of what reality says. But i'll agree, Jerks do seem, well, Jerk(ier) when told so haha
