This. Years ago, someone here mentioned not simply rolling out of bed and starting to work. Go for coffee, walk the dog, etc. In that vein, I switch to a blue work shirt. If I'm wearing it, I'm working. It has two pockets, so I can put my phone in one if I'm on a conference call, and walk around. If I'm wearing one of the blue shirts -- I have several, all the same -- it means I'm working, whether I walk downstairs to the kitchen, step outside for a breath of fresh air, etc.
