Working from home for past 10 years. Major thing is having dedicated room with doors that close (really important now that I have two little kids (2 months and 2 years). Older kid know that when the door are closed she can't go inside and should not knock or yell at me. I am at my office just during office hours, after the workday is over I don't go inside this room. Other than that just boring stuff: good chair, split keyboard (MS Sculpt), gaming mouse (Logitech G603) and single 27" monitor (HP Envy). I also have a nice sofa where I can lay and read if I want to.
