is it possible for something like this to happen: a huge shortage continues, and the demand for CS goes up, so the salaries for CS professors goes up thus making this position enticing once more?
- kd0amg 8y agoThat's basically how the market works, but how much that happens depends on the extent to which universities are actually willing to pay more for things they think/say they don't have enough of.
