"haha, women problems", right? I'm a man who is now 32 years old. I honestly feel the same in quite a few regards. Certainly I don't feel grownup, or old. When people call me the local equivalent of "mister" I'm surprised. But in the end all of this doesn't really matter. One needs to make the most out of every day no matter how old one is.
