- yial 9y agoIs edible arrangements really a botulism risk? I would think E. coli if anything.
- BenjiWiebe 8y agoMy understanding is that botulism needs an air-free environment to grow. Also, low acidity. Some fruit is quite acidic, and some fruit-fresh stuff is also acid. Probably quite low botulism risk.
