- StudentStuff 9y agoAs if the NSA doesn't work around the minor impediments they have to being able to spy domestically already: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tempora https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tempora If your not allowed to spy domestically, just permit foriegn agencies that are your lap dogs to do it for you, and assist them in doing so!

- mirimir 9y agoThe NSA looks at everything. As a military agency, they do not consider themselves subject to civilian law. If for no other reason, because the US is always at war. But really, because they can.
