I'm curious to know how they enforce the limit on EU users

- usr1106 8y agoI don't think they have to enforce that very strictly. If the user incorrectly answers "No" to being a resident of EU, I doubt the company could be sued for violating the rights of "dishonest" EU users. As a matter of fact I wonder how a company without physical presence in the EU could ever be fined for any violations. And even if they can be fined on paper, I doubt many non-EU countries will cooperate collecting the fines.
