Is there any informed discussion of the value of reading articles like this versus just not and doing what your doctor says ?
- Strom 8y agoThat depends heavily on both your own and your doctor's knowledge/ability. If you're unsure if you can safely extract value from these articles then you should only listen to your doctor.
