In Germany drones from 250g up must have a fireproof plaque with name and address of the owner. If it falls down, you'll be able to read it. No need for ID broadcasting. Or even IDs.
- djrogers 9y agoThis doesn’t at all address criminal behavior or use of drones though - if one is willing to commit a crime with a drone, surely one would be willing to extend that crime by removing the nameplate?
