Here's another perspective: As a Tinder user I definitely wouldn't use a Facebook dating service if my profile was open and accessable to all of my facebook friends. I value my privacy in this regard and don't want to showcase a dating profile among friends. And it's really not Facebook's duty to decide who should be able to date.
