- StudentStuff 8y agoI hope that housing gets built. SoCal needs as much housing built as possible, and even with SB35 what is possible is limited. At least NIMBY towns and residents can't permanently block projects anymore, that is a huge improvement (which will reduce development lag & stoppage).
