Are there studies that explain the cause of high house prices and what can be done?
- s73v3r_ 8y agoLots of people want to be there, and not enough housing is being built for them all. It doesn't help that a lot of the people moving there, are doing so because of high tech job salaries, meaning they're more able to absorb the high rent costs.
