Maybe it's time for the legislature to create a new classification of employee: an independent employee, to conform to the nature of the new gig economy.

- joshuaheard 8y agoI don't know. The purpose of the law is not to confer benefits on one class or another. It is to accurately describe the rights and duties of relationships.
