- repomies6999 8y agoPeople take care of their cars only to a level where it makes economic sense. Same applies for bikes. There's plenty of badly treated cars everywhere.

- walshemj 8y agoDepends on how strict your countries DVLA is. If you dump a car the last registered owner is going to get charged and fined for fly tipping - in the UK
- sfifs 8y agoAt the height of 2008 depression, expats leaving Dubai used to simply abandon their gas guzzlers in the airport parking lot leaving the keys inside
