I'm 100% sure it does. The description talks about things like being split into 10,000,000 units, for example, which is definitely not in the Act.
- will_brown 9y agoYes, after Patio11 replied I clicked on the guide and there is reference to a stock operating agreement drafted by Orrick. Their Operating Agreement is drafted so the resigning member would require unanimous consent of all the other members to resign.
