If I'm not a resident of US and didn't visit US in a tax year, would I have to pay US income tax for the LLC?
- patio11 8y agoOwning a US LLC as a non-resident can be complicated; it depends on a variety of circumstances regarding what you do, how your business interacts with the US market, whether you are a US citizen, where you live, etc. You may wish to speak to an accountant.
