Any prediction on what this merger might mean for a T-Mobile MVNO customer like myself? (MintSIM)
- cliftonkmorris 8y agoMergers like these will enable the company to renegotiate all contracts, including lease agreements for larger assets like cellular infrastructure (towers). Given this, it's highly likely that all the MVNO businesses like MintSIM, BoostMobile, Virgin will also be reviewed. Remember- MVNOs exist solely to sell excess capacity, and the contracted rate for service is often renewed ever 3-5 years. This merger provides an opportunity to accelerate that review.
