I thought this article was fascinating, not because I believe Pagerduty wants to disrupt work/life balance, but because it's almost a "Missing the forest for the trees" view on uptime/availability for a service/site. I think the author misunderstands that it isn't designed to ping just anyone for any reason whatsoever.
