This happens because companies are unwilling to fire employees, even incompetent or toxic employees, for fear of lawsuit.
- quacked 8y agoThe lawsuits happen because people don't have real savings due to high cost of living/lifestyle inflation and reliance on employer benefits. If losing your job wasn't such a potential death sentence, I think it would be easier to fire people.
