Ask HN: Did you incorporate in Singapore? How did that go?

I'm thinking of incorporating in Singapore just to get access to Stripe but I'm unsure what exactly that would entail. I've read about how Ghost did it(https://blog.ghost.org/moving-to-singapore/) but still have some questions. Have you done it? What exactly did you have to do? Did you have $50K to set it up? How did it affect your company and personal income taxes? Was it worth it? What's the food like?
