There's an easier way to hack waze if you live on a small residential street. All one has to do is buy a $500 dollar car. Then have it "break down" in the middle of the road, essentially blocking the road. Suddenly your car starts up 10 mins later and moves, but after legit waze users report a problem. Repeat until traffic is reduced. You can coordinate with your neighbors to take turns. Civil disobedience can go a long waze to reduce traffic.... I gotta go!
