The OP is not making a case that the keyboard feels bad, he's saying it's questionably fragile design - as a tool, it is unreliable. I can concur, have had sometimes flakey keys going on 1.5 years now. I'm fairly adept at removing the keycaps but have several that trigger double-presses from time to time. It's frustrating.
