Absolutely true, but it isn't something that can be fixed. The interviewer interviewing the interviewee is hilariously true. No interviewer could answer questions about my domain expertise. Just like I could never answer questions about theirs. But they are in control and I am not, so there's no fighting it, just indifferent resignation to the situation, and attempting to sort through it.
