I hate how statistics are used to bludgeon people. Anytime an article comes out about economic inequality is posted I see the same familiar pattern. Issue is presented, black people are compared to everyone, shit on, dick measuring about how everyone else is killing it in SV (and of course everything (status-quo) is okay), rinse and repeat. In the mean time: ecology is in decline, trust in science is on the decline, democracy is in decline, wealth inequality is increasing and accelerating. The emperor has no clothes. Wake up!
