If that Janitorial service needs to scale and use data to drive optimizations and improvements, I doubt quick base can do all that. Another way to put that is, can you build google maps with quick base? So it’s not really the future. The future that the author suggests is already here. We have form builders, web site builders, accounting tools that can be customized, automated billing and scheduling tools etc etc. So yes, most business can subscribe to these tools and avoid writing code. However someone still has to write code to make that happen
