Speaking to a customer and developing some of use to them. Doing the design, programming and test yourself and helping them with the training. I'm thinking of standard enterprise web and back end development . There is a real shortage of this as far as I can see. Also people taking responsibility for their stuff and willing to pick up (not necessarily cool) skills required for the delivery.
